COMFORT & STYLE IN MADRID!!! 3BD 2BTH+TERRACE

The location is excellent, with a subway station 5 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean. There is microwave, coffee machine, sandwitch grill... The beds are ok to rest. The bathrooms are nice. The terrace is small but it is great for breath some air.

I didn't like one bathroom is connected to the bedroom without door, but We could handle it. The oven does not have the labels to know how to turn it on and use it, we had to guess it. It is a bit old, and it take some time to cook pizzas, but it worked... The flat was a bit "empty" without any additional things in the kitchen to cook and eat, like a little of salt, oil, napkins, The floor in the main bathroom is a bit broken, they should renew it. We missed some hand soap in the bathrooms, but they put body gel and shampoo individual bottles.

There was nothing we didn’t like - it could do with a little touch up of pain in living room but that is not a necessity

The location of the apartment was great (however for us a bit difficult to find but we managed) an close to the metro system. On the 6th floor with a great view over the city and a large school with basketball and football field. We were just a little bit afraid that this would cause a lot of noise in the morning, but no noise till 09:00 and from 22:30. The bedrooms were comfortable and large enough. Also a lot of closet space was available. The washing machine combined with the drying rack and the sun ensured we were able to keep our cloths clean. Bathrooms were in order, but seemed used a lot. Due to no ventilation in one of the bathrooms, we (and the bathroom itself) suffered from a lot of condensation. The second bathroom attached to the master bedroom had a large window, so no problems there. The TV set with streaming services was very nice when returning from a long day walking in the city. Their kitchen was complete, but could use additional cutlery and mugs. Now we had to run the dishwasher multiple times.

The reception was OK, but below par. When we told the guy providing us the keys that one of the airco's did not work - we tested this during the key transfer - he replaced the batteries in the remote with the TV remote (this did not have any batteries in it anymore) and when it gave an error he simply shook his head and walked to the exit mumbling in Spanish. The comms through the Booking app was better, but the system was not repaired during our stay. Also there was no explanation where to put the garbage, but also this was quickly solved through then Booking app.

great location and use of space within property was fantastic

maybe needs a freshen up with a lick of paint but apart from that. fantastic property close to the metro
