I booked this apartment largely because it advertised air conditioning, as I was traveling to Madrid in early June when temperatures were around 30°C (86°F). Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not function as a real air-conditioning system. When I reported the issue on my first day, I was told that nothing could be done. The following day, I was informed that the system was not actually designed to provide cold air independently but rather relied on a building-wide cooling system that only operated during certain hours. In practice, the apartment never reached a comfortable temperature. Advertising "air conditioning" when the system does not adequately cool the apartment is misleading. I also gave the property management an opportunity to address the issue during my stay, but no effective solution was provided. The situation was especially uncomfortable because one of the bedrooms had no window, making proper ventilation impossible. I had to sleep with the windows open and still struggled with the heat throughout my stay. While the location may be good, the lack of functional air conditioning significantly impacted my experience. I strongly recommend that the property description accurately reflect the actual cooling system so that future guests can make an informed decision before booking.

Location was great, right near Gran Via, 20min walk to Plaza Mayor and other locations. Place was clean

Shower water splashes everywhere and leaves a pool of water outside shower, very narrow in the bathroom and one bedroom, looks a lot bigger in pictures but for short stay was fine for 5 of us. It was so hot and only 1 of 2 fans were working, no air conditioning in the apartment. Surrounding outside area is a bit dirty. Only amenities provided was the shampoo,body wash, would have been nice just some basic tea, coffee etc.

La habitacion trasera no tiene ventilacion.

Booking ya no es el que arrienda, hay intermediarios, y eso esta mal, uno cree que esta arrendando directamente y no es asi, me cobraron dineros extras k no se ve cuando uno arrienda en la pagina,

Emplacement très bon, métros à proximité, appartement bien équipé, (2 chambres et 2 salles de bains)

l'isolation phonique car l'endroit est extrêmement bruyant la nuit.
