Excellent location and very friendly and supportive staff

The view from the window was depresive, dirty backyard, no sun or light. Furniture is not only too old but also low qualiy, damaged, water is leaking in the toilet. Shower placed directly in the room without ventilation, frontdoor cannot close properly, no hook for towels, jackets ...in 2026 in the centre of Madrid this room needs major renovation.
