Need to be cleaned up a bit

The location is very convenient, in the thick of everything. Unfortunately, it's also VERY noisy.

An A/C wasn't working since day 1, the apt was extremely hot and stuffy at night, so we couldn't get a SINGLE night of good sleep. Also, the apt is in a very noisy area, so we couldn't keep windows opened either at night. The lack of sleep completely RUINED our trip. A property manager kept promising they would fix it for 10 days!!! To be fair, the other appliances did work and ensuite laundry was nice but neither could redeem the broken A/C. The floors seemed dirty: there was a plastic straw near a bedside table. Tableware was provided but all banged up.

The location. It was located along the Gran Via street, quite closer to metro station as well. The property was clean. Having a washing machine was quite convenient. Facilities are equipped just same as the picture presented in the booking.com.

1. Check in can be very annoying to those who carry heavy suitcases. Guests need to pick up the key by themselves by a place in 6min walking distance from the Property. I was only informed about this on the day of my arrival. 2. Check out is also a bit hassle too. Guests need to take out the rubbish by themselves after 8pm a day before the check out. 3. Lack of amenities (no sleepers, toothbrush etc, only shampoo & body wash provided in the bathroom). They will not change towels unless you pay additional cleaning fees. 4. The A/C is very very very weak.

Exactly as per the pictures. Great location, comfortable and even though it is in the main part of town it is insulated from outside noise. Access to the train line is in the same block and easy to use. Our host Fabio was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

No big deal but a table with normal chairs would be preferable, to the bench and stool combination, for older clients.
