La cerradura del edificio no funcionaba bien y costaba el ingreso al edificio, solo un pequeño detalle, el resto ….inmejorable!

Su ubicación y todo muy limpio. El tema que tiene dos baños era un plus.

El aire acondicionado de la sala no era el mejor pero en las habitaciones todo en orden.

"Large apartment near Gran Via"

Large spacious apartment near Gran Via. It was perfect for our group. The apartment is well equipped. The app to enter was fun and easy to share by everybody in our group. We will definitely stay again if it's available.

Location! And the person who answered the phone when we had trouble with the equipment was really nice.

Volume of hot water. Shower got cold when 2 ppl showered at the same time.

The checkin app process is unduly complicated and could be a real issue if you don’t have data upon arrival.
