"Absolute scam Do not book here!!!"

Lesley at customer services really empathised with the situation but unfortunately when we contacted booking com the second time the guy wasn't helpful.

Upon arrival. Communication with the host was near impossible. Would only communicate through text message. Demanded 200 euro cash deposit or would not come to let us in the property. The booking terms stated deposit would be credit card. We contacted booking.com to try resolve the issue. Was stood outside the property for 3 hours while the host told booking.com he would come yet messaged us saying cash only. Unsafe area with groups of youths by the property smoking weed. Felt extremely unsafe and left. Slept on the airport floor as the host just took our booking money and left us out in the cold. Absolute scam. Don't waste your money.
