"Nula comunicación con el propietario"

Envían mensajes automáticos y no responden a los del cliente. Comuniqué nuestra hora de llegada y no apareció nadie para darnos las llaves. Tras 1 hora de espera, nos mandaron un wasap para ir a buscar “unas llaves de emergencia” a un locker situado en otro sitio. Lo cual hubiera sido ideal que nos dijeran desde el principio y no hacernos esperar 1 hora en la puerta. Muy mala gestión.

"Básicamente estaba todo destartalado y en malas condiciones. Eso sí, limpio."

Que estaba limpio.

El mobiliario y equipamiento estaba en malas condiciones. La televisión no se veía, el sofá cama estaba viejo y era muy incómodo, se dormía muy mal en él. La vitrocerámica funcionaba mal ( más de 45 min para hacer hervir agua), la mampara de la ducha medio desmontada, el cubo de la basura roto, cajones que faltaban el el mueble de la cocina…

Forte ritardo della consegna delle chiavi. E senza avere risposte. Divano letto non adattato più per dormire. Lenzuola che abbiamo noi preso dal stendino esterno

Geen verwarming. Bedbank onopgemaakt en vies can binnen. We kwamen vast te zitten in fr lift.
