great location for where i was needing to be. lovely property, clean, small but met my needs. The management company were lovely, i was able to get in early once i'd completed the paperwork. checkout was simple.

aircon could be stronger. bit of a pain to get the keys as you have to go to a central office to get them. confusing messaging at the property about extra towels and sheets costs (thought i had to pay for the basics but it turned out it was just if you request extras). I was initially a bit concerned about paying 'off Booking.com' but then it all worked out fine.

Very easy to get around to and from the workshop venue and other places within Madrid. Apartment was very clean and had what we needed. Also liked the privacy it provided, no disturbances through out the stay.

The guest registration and key collection procedure should be explained in more detail before the guests arrive. I was lucky to have watsapp calls to get in touch with the office. The guys at the office were very helpful and patient.

It’s affordable to stay if you want to stay more than 3 people

the hotel said this room can be for 6 people but I think 3-4 people that are more comfortable
