Wohnung sehr sauber , Bett und Matratze super wenn man kleiner wie 1,80 m ist.

"Bonito, perfecto ubicado, puede mejorar."

El apartamento está en perfecta ubicación, buen tamaño para 2, estilo moderno, es cómodo y acogedor. La cama muy cómoda (aunque para gente no muy alta). Bien el menaje de ropa de cama y toallas, bien los electrodomésticos, Tostadora y cafetera nespresso. la calefacción, y el modo de acceso cómodo (con el móvil) una vez te acostumbras. Junto al estupendo y surtido mercado Antón Martín, muy buena oferta de tiendas, gastronomía, y cultura (cines Dore y teatro de barrio) y acceso metro. Nos solucionaron un par de problemas bastante rápido.

La persiana del balcon estaba estropeada (lo solucionaron rapido). Echamos en falta microondas, y el cazo para calentar estaba para retirar (les avisamos y nos trajeron otro). No hay escoba ni recogedor, hay mocho pero no cubo para fregar. Algo corto de vajilla por lo q no daba para llenar y usar el lavavajillas. Al final no hemos cocinado pq resto de sartenes y tapas no estaban en condiciones. Falta limpieza en general. Hay algunos desperfectos (humedad de ducha y el lavabo descolgado), 2 de 3 luces de lámparas de cocina fundidas. Son cosas que parecen fáciles de solucionar y que dan mala imagen. En resumen, falta limpieza y revisar q esté todo en condiciones para el siguiente alojado, también un repaso general de mantenimiento.
