La Ubicación excelente, muy cómodo a pesar de subir escaleras, amplio y cumplió todas nuestras expectativas

Todo ok.. solo decir que la ducha está en alto, puede ser difícil para una persona mayor...pero para nosotros ningún problema

Det var mycket centralt.

Duschkabinen var svårt att ta sig i och ur, och jag var rädd för att halka och ramla. Det saknades hiss i huset, vilket gjorde att man behövde gå upp och ner för flera trappor med väskor.

La ubicación y la habitación era bastante grande. El agua caliente es verdad que da para bañarse una persona pero en mi caso viajaba solo, por lo que no tuve problema alguno

La ubicación

The location of the apartment was great, very central and perfect for our needs. It was a good size apartment.

The bathroom was very small with a large step up into the shower which unfortunately only ran cold water for much of our stay (75%), this was addressed with the owner, who after a 1 day delay , came to turn up the thermostat on the boiler having to unscrew the front unit, so something we could not do ourselves. The owner said the delay was due to his phone not working, however it did ring whilst he was in the apartment with us. The owner, after we requested some recompense for this, after we had left, told us we actually owed him money for damage we made to the property but failed to be able to tell us what! What we thought had been a good stay in Madrid in a nice place , all but with no hot water , ended up in being left to feel harassed by the owner. Unfortunately we would therefore not recommend a stay here.
