It is very close to Metro directly to city center though it takes about 25 minutes. Carrefour is nearby.

this is just a comment not disliked: There shall have a kettle to make tea /coffee quickly.

Apartment is perfect for couple to stay, it's small but has everything needed. Bathroom is good, hot water runs almost immediately. We had oil and basic spices to cook, kitchen towel for the first time in this kind of apartment. Also we were able to connect TV to watch series on Prime, it has other streaming services as well. Additionally apartment has a separate entrance, huge Carrefour in 5 min walk, metro and train connection and good pharmacy nearby.

The floor was really cold for us in January and AC was not enough to make the apartment warm, so to have some kind of sleepers is necessary. There was only 1 small spoon and in general not much kettlery. Also would appreciate opportunity to recycle since it's possible to do in Madrid. Even the transport connection is good, it's quite far from the center and not much around the apartment, so it was good to stay for a couple of days but if we would stay longer we would probably look for smth closer to the center.

The studio had everything we needed and was very comfortable

Very nice studio on ground floor, well equipped and decorsted with well taste, good wifi. Metro station very close with easy access to centrum, lot of cars in the area but finally we had no trouble to find parking space close to the building. Supermarket 5 min walk from apartment

I feel this is common to many Spanish buildings but you can hear all the noises from bathrooms /kitchen sinks from upper floors. So it can be challenging if someone needs very quiet place to sleep well
