Early check-in. Easy communication with the staff.

Location, cleanliness, cold apartment.

The apartment was horribly dirty, the floor was sticky all over. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is not the safest or most convenient. The owner charged an extra 20 euros for accommodating a dog, although, to be honest, the condition of the apartment is such that a small well-mannered dog would hardly spoil anything. On the contrary, I didn't really want to let her on the dirty floor.

The owner's constant support and friendliness made the stay excellent. The house was well-equipped, and its convenient location, a 10-minute walk to the metro station and a 2-minute walk to a grocery shop, added to the positive experience.

Apartment has everything you possibly need for a short stay in Madrid. It is equipped with kitchen, waschmaschine, TV. Host is very polite and kind.

For two nights it was the best option for me. The sector in which it is located is not the cleanest, but it was the best option near metro. Apartment has all necesarry for cooking/washing. Kitchen is full with appliances.

Renovation of the apartment is not the best, and I can say that it is not finished. Some additional pillows and bed sheeting will be great.
