The position, very close to the center and to the underground.

The waiting time to get the keys and we get only one pair on keys for 4 people. The obligation (and the recharge in case we didn't) to throw away the trash after 8.00 pm even if we left the house in the morning. The company left us coffee capsules that didn't fit the coffee machine ( which wasn't even cleaned up). The WiFi wasn't working in every rooms. The mattress cover in the bedroom was too small.
