"Exceptional"

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. There is everything You need. View from tarrace is great. It’s located in peaceful part of Xàbia with great promenade close to great beaches and treckings trails. We loved this location. There is private parking next to the buliding behind the gate. Also they accept the dogs. I will definitely come back!

Wardrobe in the bedroom should be renovated because it’s very old.

The views, the facilities, the security, the location, most of all we were impressed with Carmen who was absolutely amazing. Her communication with us was fantastic and she was so kind if we needed anything. We absolutely loved staying here. Thank you Carmen for making our stay so wonderful.

Everything! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, comfortable and very inviting. Located a short walk from the beach, everything is on your doorstep should you not have use of a car. Carmen and Fatima were better than excellent hosts; going well above and beyond to help resolve any issues, irrespective of them being unrelated to the property! I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

A great apartment with a lovely balcony with sea views! It’s in a really great location - walkable to the beach and to lots of restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is quite well-equipped if you want to do some cooking. The host/contact person was really good about communications before and during our stay, and also sent an info package about the area, which was helpful.

Nothing really that we didn’t like. If possible to have an additional towel for the pool that could be nice, but not a big deal. We would look to stay here again if coming back to Javea!

Hot water, does run out very quick when showering, may be something that needs checking or sorting
