Cromwell Lodge, Cromer, moments from the beach!

Location was good. We enjoyed the hot tub. Shower would be improved with removable hose. I moved a bed and lots of the previous occupants rubbish was underneath.... therefore a more thorough clean may be beneficial. Beds comfortable and heating was good

Lovely location and very spacious for our family.

Could do with a proper clean, more utensils, cutlery and crockery. Shame we had to wait for the hot tub to be cleaned again mid stay too. Needs more storage in bedrooms too.

No terrestrial T V always no signal, cooking facilities not suitable for purpose, half a toaster only in operation, freezer compartment of fridge fully iced up, garden furniture filthy and worst we accidentally left two coats but when I rang to enquire I was told nothing was found ?? cleaners have had a result !

Its position. Private garden with hot tub

No window in the second bedroom. Very warm and stuffy. Lack of a proper cooker. Tv signal was bad too. Unable to use the garden furniture as the cushions were very wet. Needs somewhere to store the cushions when it’s raining.

Very clean, very well equipped, even with ironing board, iron, drying rack and hair dryer. Private garden and hot tub divine. Beautiful place to stay.

One toilet roll for 3 people for 3 nights and one solitary bin liner. Very loud voices coming from outside 'the snug' next door at 11.30pm, causing dogs to bark and waking my grand daughter up. Shower needs some sort of curtain as it is ruining skirting board that has recently been replaced. Had requested hot tub to be ready to be used upon arrival but temperature was set way too low and had to wait several hours for it to heat up.

Had everything you needed, comfy and a good location. Hot tub was great as well

Everything was great apart from garden furniture, had been left out in the rain and the chair cushions were green with mossy mould and the umberrela was broken as well. Just took the cushions off the chairs so was ok

It was self catering and the location was very good. The beds were very comfortable and bedding and towels were very good. A few tweaks and it could be the perfect place.

The fridge needed defrosting. The shower needs repairing as it leaks at the bottom. The parasol was broken and the garden furniture cushions were soaking wet when we arrived. We never used the BBQ, garden furniture or hot tub. Storage box would be good for garden cushions. A pint of milk would have been nice to have in a welcome pack.
