"Slechte plek door renovatie tegenover je hebt niks aan het balkon"

Tegenover het appartement vindt (op zo’n 20 meter afstand) een enorme renovatie/verbouwing plaats. Hele dag herrie, je kunt voor half 7 ‘s avonds niet op het balkon zitten. Verhuurder reageert nergens op. Incheck ging ook niet goed, een uur gewacht voordat we contact kregen (via helpdesk Booking) met de verhuurder

Slechte plek ivm verbouwing voor de deur, slechte host, komt niet op tijd voor inchecken en reageert nergens op

"Acogedora y con encanto!!"

Mucho encanto, detallitos que lo hacen muy mono y acogedor.

El hecho de no tener ascensor con niños pequeños y carros pues lo hace un poquito màs incómodo pero sin màs!!

"Non idéal pour du repos"

Excellente emplacement, proche du centre historique.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'avoir le calme et la sérénité promis sur l'annonce. Bien que les règles de respect du voisinage en terme de tapages sonores soient strict pour cet hébergement, il semble que le logement à côté, loué également en bnb, puisqu'il dispose d'un boîtier à code typique, ne dispose pas des mêmes règles. Les 2 nuits entières ont été interrompues par des fêtes nocturnes jusque dans le couloir m'obligeant à intervenir pour faire cesser la musique techno et les éclats de voix jusque sur le palier.

Preciosa buhardilla reformada en el ático de un edifico antiguo, ubicada a la “entrada” de la zona antigua de la ciudad. Muy cuidada y limpia, prestando mucha atención a los detalles y a las cortesías.

"Escapada ideal"

La ubicación es genial y el apartamento está totalmente equipado con lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea de 10. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y la chimenea en invierno es una pasada. Los amenities también nos sorprendieron. Volveremos a reservarlo en nuestra próxima visita a Cuenca sin dudas! 100% recomendado.

Todo perfecto, por poner un pero sería que hay que subir escaleras lo que con las maletas a veces no es lo más cómodo y que el aparcamiento en la zona, aunque tuvimos suerte, está limitado.
