Very simple to get in, great instructions and lots of communication

It felt stuffy as only had 1 fan in the apartment and was very warm but just kept moving the fan to each room I was in. Maybe another fan or 2 would help

"Great stay great property all good,good value central to everything you could need very good host"

The property was very good, and great value, it is very central to the town centre, cafes restaurants and bars plus only a few steps to the sea and pier, I recommend Mary Janes fish and chips restaurant opposite property and also the Kerbside Kitchen wonderful for food and real ales very reasonable prices, we were lucky that the Cromer crab festival was on and we had good weather thank you Graham the host prompt reply to messages and emails brilliant time comfy beds, good shower thank you top notch

Cant say the property had any real faults, usual age related marks , if you stay in the small bunk bed room be wary of slight step down across hall to kitchen no problems at all

Great communication from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, opposite a great fish and chip shop, 20 yards from the sea front. Really handy car park nearby (Meadow) - £8.70 for 24 hours. But we dropped off our luggage right in front of the property.
