Great location, facility. Near to ukm, GMI for registration, convo etc. Easy parking and big space for family. The owner flexible allowing early entry once apt is available.

The cleanliness, seem like many dust which need further clean. The cleaner not available at night when we are available. Smell near kitchen from the buildingi guess. Open the sliding at balcony, with good wind blowing the smell can disappear

The only thing I like about this place is their parking facilities and if you came with more than 1 car, this is a great place to stay.

A toilet a little bit unclean and the coway water taste different and I had to buy mineral water from KK mart.
