Beautiful building

The automatic lock at the front door never worked we had to use the key, the one to open the apartment worked fine.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to the beaches, the centre of La Linea. There a supermarket 2 blocks away & a plaza with lots of cafes 1 block away. Less than 10 minutes to beaches either side & to the border to visit Gibraltar. Enough of a kitchen so you can make your own meals.

Very clean and bright apartment, good facilities, Netflix. Electronic/App keys for doors.

Key app took a bit of figuring out, but quite cool once we got it.

Bright, airy apartment close to the sea, with everything one needs for a short stay in Cadiz.

The smart lock took a bit of getting used to and having pre-paid the apartment rental, was surprised at having to pay a deposit before being given the entry link! A first for us on Booking.com

Very central, really clean and beatifull flat.

The terrace was not really private, there was clothes hanging to dry when we were there.

Very good location, in the city centre 15 mins to La Caleta beach and close to the train station. New, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen has all appliances you may need if you wish to cook. Silent air conditioning. Very good Wifi.

The water container is very loud and it turns on twice a day for around an hour. You don’t hear it in the bedroom though and I only heard it because it was raining and I stayed in the apartment during the day.

Good central location. Quiet Street. Beautiful building. Close to car park. Very clean and well equipped flat. Has potential to be great.

1.Digital check-in via app! You have to download an app to check in and upload pictures of your passport. It doesn't work well so is unreliable and so impersonable. If you call the contact they will help you. 2. Electronic lock system in the flat. You need the app on phone to open and close the doors. Once inside the flat the door automatically locks from the inside. No manual way to open it with the handle or a key. 3. Hot water ran out after 2 days. No instructions to tell you to adjust the boiler setting. Had to ring for a technician to visit and take a cold shower. No compensation given but hot water was fixed same day. 4. Poor bedding. Thin pillows. No extra ones supplied on request. Bed quite small. 5. Rules listed everywhere. 6. Harsh blue bulbs in bedside lamps.
