"Talon älyttömät säännöt vähensivät viihtyvyyttä"

Kahvinkeitin oli parasta asunnossa. Myös merinäköala oli hieno. Sijainti muutenkin hyvä, mukavan matkan päässä kaikkialta.

Panttimaksu 95€. "Talon säännöt" lähetettiin varauksen jälkeen. Säännöissä oli ihan älyttömiä asioita, mm. jos pyyhkeisiin tulee tahroja, niiden hinta vähennetään panttimaksusta. Kaikissa talon pyyhkeissä oli jotain tahroja, eli oli otettu niiden hinta joltain aiemmalta asiakkaalta, mutta uusia pyyhkeitä ei oltu kuitenkaan ostettu. Jouduin tarkastamaan koko asunnon ja raportoimaan jokaisesta poikkeamasta vuokraajalle lähettämällä valokuvia. Siihen joutui käyttämään aika paljon aikaa ja alkoi tuntua siltä, että olen tällä firmalla töissä. Kuvista näkee joitakin epäkohtia, jotka raportoin vuokraajalle. Mm. pistorasia on hengenvaarallinen, mutta veikkaanpa, ettei sitä kuitenkaan korjata.

"UNA VERGUENZA (ROUBO DA CAUÇÃO 95€)"

El apartamento es genial y tiene buenas vistas. El único problema fue la devolución de la fianza (95 €). Me sentí estafado, nunca me la devolvieron... 😑😑😑 Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en más de 200 reservas. Una vergüenza 🤮🤮🤮
