Ми чітко вказали час заселення з 13 до 14.00 !!! По приїзду набрали куди підʼізжати замключами, бо на буквені вказана друга адреса від місця проживання. На що отримали відповідь що вона чекає нас в час ночі!!! Ще почала грубити. Доказувати що ми винні, не тоді приїхали ))). Ну ми довго хамство терпіти не збиралися, розпрощалися з даною неприємною особою і заселилися в готель Мінора. Рекомендуємо!!!
