Apartman Marija

The appartement has everything you need for a short or long stay. The pool is 5 steps away from the appartement and it has cushioned sun loungers to sun bath on and parasols to shade under, there is a little table to have breakfast in the garden right by the kitchen door. Also 15 steps from the appartement is a lovely place to grill and bbq with a great covered seating area to enjoy yourself and enjoy some food and fine Croation wines while chilling. A covered/shaded parking available to keep the car cool on hot days We have dogs which were most welcome and if you walk 2 minutes up the road there is a number of forest paths to stroll on with them. A new flatscreen TV with all apps installed on it for chilling in the evening with a movie. Airco for the hot days and heating for if you want to visit in the winter a washing machine and iron and a huge comfy double bed. The shops are 5 minutes in the car and there are a number of beaches 15/20 minutes drive away. We used the doggy beaches in Rijeka which had free parking at two of them. The appartement is within driving distance to take a day to explore Italy (Trieste) and Slovenia (Koper or Lublijana). Opatija and the Islands are great to visit too, there are lots of hidden beaches everywhere. Take a drive up the mountain to the view point (Vojak) in the Učka Nature Park the views are amazing. Rijeka is not as touristy as Split or Dubrovnik which means the prices are great and the local restaurants are fantastic and authentic. The best thing about Appartement Marija is the host and her family, very kind and very friendly and helpful. 10/10 for host is not enough lovely people. Thankyou for making our stay wonderful.

Very fresh clean and excellent for money. Nice pool and great bbq area that also had seating for the whole group. Apartment even had washing machine so we could get our clothes clean.
