Terrible process enforced by the landlord requiring us to register our banking details on their system prior to us gaining access to the property. Note that this is not described anywhere during the booking process but they CLEARLY state that somebody will meet you at the property if you have an issue - which they did not. Guys couldn't gain access on the 1st night due to this so had to book them elsewhere. Tried calling the landlord to request that night 1/3 was refunded due to us not gaining access even though the guys called for assistance on the 1st night and nobody came as promised. The fella on the line then had the audacity to blame us for booking their property at short notice.
