Гарні апартаменти. До центру міста 25 хвилин пішки або 4 хвилини машиною. Паркінг у дворі, що є величезним плюсом.

Не вистачало дрібниць: відсутня мікрохвильова піч, немає пральної машини і посудомийної машини, немає праски і дошки для прання.
