Great location and views

Kitchen appliances and furniture need refreshing. For example, the kettle has a cord attached that creates a bit of a safety hazard and one of the stove plates was not working.

property was dirty, and no one came to clean for the whole 5 days and I was charged an extra R1000 for cleaning

I enjoyed the location and the view it provided. I loved it was not in deep durban. And the location was serene.

The cleaning could do with a bit more work. I especially the shower.

the apartment is very nice, has an amazing view and an excellent balcony (actually the view and the balcony were our motivators, when compared to other apartments available at the same building). location is perfect and the empty beach in front of it is a must. all staff was excellent

the monkeys at the balcony every day and the fact that we had to buy toilet paper! it was the first time ever I had to worry about buying toilet paper on a holiday. I think the property should provide toilet paper for the whole stay, as this is a basic, like towels and bed linen

grimy kitchen and stove. we did not cook in the kitchen. appliances need upgraded.

Lifts not working during loadshedding

It was quiet, close to beach.

It did not have enough facilities and activities for kids like jungle gym, pool room or some sports . We were unable to swim as beaches were closed
