"Short stay"

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Checkin process was like a scavenger hunt but all the instructions were accurate. Didn’t like that there was an airtag on the parking tag, someone could technically see everywhere you drive. Checkin time was later than most places.

Location, location, location in or adjacent downtown Durham. Ease of contactless check-in and check-out. Great communications from/to property managers/owners. Lots of space vs a hotel room.

Some distance from parking to/from rental apartment for carrying belongings.
