Nicht mehr ganz neu und daher viele Gebrauchsspuren. Oberflächlich sauber aber Grundreinigung sollte gemacht werden.

Εξαιρετική θέα από το δωμάτιο, στην καρδιά της πόλης! Η τιμή εξαιρετική σε σχέση με τη θέα που προσφέρει

Το κλιματιστικό δε λειτουργεί καλά και η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται λίγο παραπάνω προσπάθεια. Προσωπική μου γνώμη τα μπιμπελό και τα έπιπλα δε ταιριάζουν καθόλου σε ένα σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα είναι αρκετά "σκοτεινά"
