Das Haus "CARNAGIO ALL SEASON" ist unheimlich toll: es ist überkomplett ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, aber in max. 7-10 min. sind Hafen, FuZo, Geschäfte,... zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei meiner Ankunft fand ich etliche Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank / in der Küche vor (Keks, Honig, Limo, Wasser, eine Flasche Wein, Zutaten f ein schnelles Abendessen (Schinken- Käse-Toast) & Kaffeekapseln! An Gewürzen gibt es Grundaustatung: Salz, Pfeffer u Oregano - das reicht zur Zubereitung von Kleinigkeiten aus. Gut gepflegtes Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage, mit der auch geheizt werden kann, das Bad verfügt zusätzlich über einen Wärmestrahler. Sicherheit: die Eingangstür von der Straße zum Stiegenaufgang ist versperrbar, somit kommt man nur mit Berechtigung in den inneren Bereich, oben kommt noch die massive Haustüre in die Wohnung, und beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Tresor. Internet funktioniert auch toll.Von der süßen Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht und die alte Werft. Der rasche Kontakt zum Vermieter und viele Informationen von ihm vorab sind auch positive Aspekte. Zu beachten ist lediglich, dass man kein Problem mit Stiegen zur Wohnung und auch wenige im Haus haben sollte. KLARE EMPFEHLUNG!
