Just like home

The apartment is located in a neighborhood of individual houses, in a very quiet environment. Adding all the amenities and the friendliness and helpfulness of the hostess, we have something special.

Quiet location

A little hard to walk up to the 3rd floor (called 2nd floor in Germany) for older people, but well worth it

For a long stay, a washing machine could be great There are no night stands next to the bed. Poor Wi-Fi quality

The apartment was very neat, tidy and clean. It was well-appointed and up-to-date. The room is very spacious and open. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The hostess/property manager is very friendly and helpful.

Quiet and peaceful, bright and cosy apartment in a lovely residential area. It's well equipped with things we need for a week's stay. We would have to mention especially the host, Dagmar, who is very helpful and friendly and she went out of her way to stop by a petrol station kiosk for us to buy some food when she fetched us from the train station to her house as grocery shops are closed on Sunday. She even helped us with our laundry when we needed to get some clothes washed. We're very grateful to her for her thoughtfulness. Her apartment is really "just like home"! It's very carefully furnished for a home! If we take note of the bus times, there are two buses that would pass by at the road very near the house which we can take to the S-Bahn. That gives us 2 buses hourly, which is very helpful. Otherwise walking is good for 15-20 mins to the train station.

For those who need WiFi, it's good to be aware that the wifi in the apartment is not very consistent and we couldn't use it for videos on the laptop or calls via WhatsApp. However we understand the problem with the signals in the area, not Dagmar's fault. It's not an issue if there's no need for it. We're happy staying at the apartment anyway!
