Konstantin Apartment

The apartment is very spacious and cosy. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax after the beach. The parking in front of the building is very big and you will always find a place. The fee we paid for a whole night at the parking was 9 euro which is a very good price. Every room has AC although the apartment itself was cool enough. Communication with the host was easy and he was very friendly. The location is amazing because you are 2 minutes away from the centre and you do not have any hills to walk up after dinner. The building has an elevator which is good when you have lots of luggage. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Thank you!

The location is perfect- close to city center. Plenty of parking spots around but one has to search carefully and has some luck. The apartment is huge- we were 7 guests and felt alright. Although the furniture and other amenities seem old and dated they are well taken care of and one could tell the owner/decorator of the place has good taste and a feel for this thing. It was very clean. The host is a nice gentleman who speaks decent english and is willing to help/provide local tips.

The place could use a second bathroom or at least a toilet although not sure how doable this is. The neighbourhood is noisy- there seems to be a disco club or something on the street level and I could hear noises and music until early morning.

The location is perfect. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and a living room. Except for the bedrooms, the overall items are very vintage style. The bathroom is clean, it is from 60s. The landlord is very polite and communicative.

It was difficult to find a good position of the shower faucet to mix warm water. After a couple minutes it worked out.

The apartment is big and very comfortable. The location is perfect, near to the center and with beautiful sea view.
