Beautiful Devon Farmhouse

This is a superb location for a visit to Devon. Nick and Be are very warm and nice hosts. The former farm house is very cosy and has beautiful views over the Devon countryside. Nice to make walks in these surroundings. Big bonus is the pool table.

Location was beautiful and the farmhouse was stocked with many helpful extras like maps and information and lots of videos. I am sure that if we had needed anything our Hosts would have been very helpful.

There is nothing not to like about this property - it’s absolutely stunning, the views, the decor, the cosiness - just perfect.

The farmhouse is set in idyllic countryside, the views from the property were just wonderful. The owner Nick was very friendly and welcoming both in his message before we arrived and when we got there. The beds were the best we have ever slept in and the atmosphere of the whole place was as relaxing as you could wish for. Our stay was too short and we will certainly be returning.

We loved everything about the property. A true home- from-home, we wanted for nothing. The small, fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook a full meal before retiring to the cosy lounge for the evening to relax and chat in-front of the large screen TV. We didn’t take advantage of the numerous board games, DVDs, croquet lawn or full-size pool table but there’s certainly plenty to keep everyone of all ages occupied! Located approximately 10 minutes from the M5, Beautiful Farmhouse is set in the stunning Devon countryside. Cullompton, is just a short drive away; there you’ll find an Aldi and Tesco for all you self-catering needs.The hosts have thoughtfully placed local restaurant and tourist information leaflets within the accommodation. The house is immaculately clean, and the beds are so comfy you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep. We loved the decorative style and the photos don’t do this stunning property justice. Nick the host, who lives in the adjoining cottage, was warm and welcoming. His communication prior to our arrival was superb; nothing was too much trouble thank you !

Collecting the keys was simply a matter of arranging to and meeting the host. The location was outstanding: tranquil, beautiful and very relaxing. The facilities and décor were both outstanding and charming.

There was nothing we did not like.
