"Nice property slightly let down by level of cleanliness."

All facilities expected of the property were available and of good quality. Nice to be left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

No instructions left for sorting of rubbish and nowhere obvious to put recycling. Whole property should have had a better hoover and dust.

"A perfect little gem for touring Devon"

Lovely welcome from the hosts. Peaceful and tranquil setting in a small village and easy walk to a very nice pub/restaurant. Easy access to main routes for travel throughout Devon. Would happily stay here again. Good off road parking.

"Top Stay"

The hosts Liz and Chris were wonderful. The village of Kenn is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast at the Ley Arms was fantastic.

The mattress and pillows were a little soft (personal preference)
