La proprietaria è accogliente e molto disponibile, per qualsiasi cosa è presente ed attenta. Inoltre la struttura è pulita e luminosa, dotata di aria condizionata per i climi più caldi. La cucina è ben fornita sia per cucinare un piccolo pasto. Risulta in una posizione centrale, abbastanza presenti parcheggi nella zona. Alcuni anche a pagamento ma si consideri che dalle 15 del sabato e fino al lunedì non si paga.
