Amazing location (ski in), well appointed, perfect in its basic styling

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location in the heart of Furano, a short walk (5 mins) to the gondola station and ski hill. The residence was warm, had all the necessary amenities, across the road from a series of food trucks and served as the perfect base during our skiing in Furano.

Nothing.

Just like a Kiwi ski bach. Very homely, comfortable, warm and well equipped. But not flash. Perfect after a day smashing the powder. Gas heating is brilliant and endless hot water. Equipped for cooking, comfortable beds, lots of space and ski storage. 5 minutes walk to the Kitanomine gondola, 5 minutes the other way to Lawson and Seicomart, restaurants and food trucks all around. I’ve included photos of the trucks and burger container literally across the road. Hosts are fantastic… helpful, friendly and kind. I hope they keep this place going, Furano needs great value accomodation like this and not just the flashy condos. This place is far better value.

If you’re looking for fancy splashbacks and furniture, look elsewhere. That’s not a criticism though, this place has everything you need and nothing you don’t.

It’s very good location and hosts were very quick to respond and happy to help with booking things for us! Beds were comfortable, lots of space to unpack and settle in. Very clean.

因為比較晚抵達, 當地下大雨並且燈光昏暗, 屋內門廊沒開燈, 利用手機的燈光摸尋鑰匙許久. 建議將門廊燈光打開, 方便入住與尋找.

우선 주소만 있고 숙소에는 어떠한 간판이나 표시가 없습니다. 깨끗하고 작은 아파트먼트를 기대했는데 낡고 어두운 스키시즌에 쓰는 롯지 였습니다. 절대 비추천 아래는 체크아웃하는날 호스트에게 보낸 메세지 입니다 I had a good day at your accommodation. Let me tell you a few things. A bad smell around the kitchen made my head ache and the drains in the kitchen and the tables in the living room were so dirty that I had to clean them myself. The early check-in time and the dirty stains and cobwebs on the ceiling were just bearable. I was looking forward to a small and clean apartment in Hokkaido, but I was disappointed and please provide a clean place for the next guests.

予約後の連絡もスムーズで問題なく快適に宿泊出来ました。

It was a great buy, especially at such a busy time. If you want a 5-star hotel - this is not place. But if you intend to be out most of the day and want a good comfortable place to relax in the evening and sleep - this is a good buy. Oh, and Dan helped us find a place for the next night when I suddenly realized that I forgot to book for the next night. It was peak season, but he found us the perfect place for our needs on our route. He even made sure that they held the last available room for us until I completed booking (and got us a discount).

The finishing touches just weren't there (nor expected or advertised). But once if really wanted them I would have stayed at a much more expensive place.
