同じ地域にあるアパートタイプの宿では値段もお手頃で、古い建物ではありましたが必要な物は全て揃っていて快適に過ごせました。 また利用したいです。

It was the most unpleasant stay in Japan and I would recommend traveler to find a hotel as you will be charged money in a unfair way as they will claim for your transportation fee, marks found on wall and lost key etc. How do they charge you extra? 1) We lost the door key on the 2nd day, the host charged us 2500yen for travel of key, and extra 2000yen for the new key. In Furano, 2000yen can already be a decent dinner for two people. We have no choice but have to pay 4500yen on spot, we waited the "Manager" for 45 mins just to open the door. 2) We found the original key next day early morning and we returned both keys to host. They promised to refund the key cost of 2000yen but never did. It is clearly a dishonest act. 3) We kept the place very tidy and clean before checkout, and we made sure all dishes cleaned and recycling sorted and done. However, after we have left, they claimed there are 5 small red dots on the wall which made by us. WE DIDN'T. I ask for the original photo of wall, they never provided but said the cleaner's eyes are the evidence. How ridiculous. 4) The host astonishingly told us we require to pay 8,000 yen extra for WALL REPAIR. Poor facilities? 1) The washroom has been oddly designed without any air heating system, it is extremely cold when you bath. You can also see the drainage systems were not properly designed in an area next to the kitchen. 2) As a traveler, you could tell the property is pretty unsafe as there is only one fragile door in wood with a loose lock of where you stay. You need couple time of trying just to lock or unlock your door. We stayed 8 nights in Furano, 5 at hotels and 3 at here. You will regret for booking here that ruin your trip. You won't save any money but will pay much more.
