Location was fantastic ocean front..great places to eat nearby . Views from balcony

Facilities lacking disappointing misleading...cable tv/DVD (,tv with a much smaller one that worked) had to make unexpected purchases toiletries, toilet paper, water for brushing teeth Not furnished or kitchen facilities for 4 people one chair and table on balcony and 2 chairs and small table dining Towels poor quality Lack of maintenance especially shower plumbing and lighting in bedroom with no window Cleanliness poor toilet and kitchen sink also clutter of tenant/owner Mr Peter hence no wardrobe space

The property is about 30 years old I'm guessing, but it was built with a high quality. Lots of teak cabinetry and trim. I found it quite elegant. The unit was large, seperate bedroom, built in robes, etc. The kitchen was well laid out and well equipped, it even had an oven. There were 2 old air conditioners which worked quite well. The bathroom and shower were just okay but functional. Building and grounds were clean and well maintained. The location was outstanding, the pool was right next to the beach. Pool was quite large and well maintained. Parking was under the building with direct lift access to all floors.

Wi fi was not the best. It would stop working and then be okay later in the day.

Firstly, the location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful pool. That's why we chose it. We were somewhat disappointed however with the apartment. When we arrived ( not early ) the room was not ready, still being cleaned so we had to go and have some food and drinks while we waited. When we got in to the apartment we found the kitchen very small and not well appointed. We were 4 people and there were not enough dining room chairs and the dining room table was way too small. We gave our friends the better room which meant our room had no window. There were also no reading lights next to the bed and, although there was a very nice big tv with speakers, there were no instructions as to how to use it. Fortunately we weren't there to watch tv. The shower rose leaked so badly it poured over the glass partitioning and made the bathroom floor dangerously slippery. We found the balcony was very dusty - I think the cleaner forgot to clean outside. The aircons all worked well and the mattresses and pillows, although on the hard side, were comfortable enough. This apartment just needs some care and attention and a little upgrading and it has the potential to be a gem. It is in a perfect location on the beach with beautiful views. We have stayed at the Residence before but in a 1 bedroom apartment which was much nicer hence the disappointment in this one. Hopefully the owner of this apartment reads this and makes the necessary improvements to make it a better, more enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment, has all you need in the kitchen, rooms very good size, very quiet, lovely balcony with view. Really quiet beautiful beach, very big pool.

Don't know who the unhappy young lad at reception was but that's not the owners fault..:-)

The location is brilliant - right on the beach and I’m walking distance to lots of restaurants at other resorts. The pool is a sun spot but also has lots of shade. The owner was easy to contact and check in and check out we’re easy. Opposite is a great cafe called Frankie’s which does nice coffee and yummy food.

There was a mistake and we had change condo mid stay. The air con wasn’t great. we had to request new towels because they were dirty.

That the television did not work and was not connected as it rained the time we were there and would of been nice just to watch movie, no cleaning gear like broom and dust pan would of been great
