Although our stay at the property was not a pleasant experience, we did appreciate the African animal pictures in the house and the few real plants in the bathroom.

I booked this property well in advance and specifically requested a baby cot for my child. The property agent, Chané, initially agreed to provide one and asked me to remind her two days before arrival. I did exactly that, but she then informed me that the cot was not available because they were using it in their other property. She assured me that she would bring the cot the next day, but this never happened throughout our entire stay. There was no apology or effort made to resolve the issue, which was extremely disappointing. Secondly, the main bedroom bed made a loud squeaking noise with even the slightest movement, it sounded like a two-stroke engine. It was very difficult to sleep on it. The main bedroom toilet door was damaged, the cupboards were very dirty, and several doors kept closing by themselves, which was quite inconvenient. We stayed for three nights and four days and no one came to clear the dustbins or do any cleaning during our stay. The kitchen was not properly cleaned either and the dishwasher was not working. Additionally, there were major roadworks happening right outside the property. Entering and exiting the area often required waiting at least 30 minutes and the property did not allow us to use gate 2 at all, which made access even more frustrating. Lastly, do not be misled by the photos when booking this property. It is not worth the money. The place requires significant maintenance and proper cleaning. Transparency to customers is very important, and unfortunately, this property fails in that area. I strongly do not recommend booking this property.

Beautiful apartment and everything was simple and easy considering the last minute booking by myself. Host and staff were amazing

The house was spotless, bright and felt like a home. It was perfectly located and it was easy for us to get around. The security staff at the gate were friendly, and we even saw springbok on the golf course as we left!

No indication witch gate to enter,no one at the gate knows anything regarding how it works,at the end of 21h00 we had to find somewhere else,all that was said that the owner was in a meeting

The location and surrounds are beautiful The unit was light and comfortable

The bed in the main bedroom makes a horrible noise when turning so we did'nt sleep well
