"Overpriced, poorly maintained, dirty unit at a great location!"

The location was great. Walking distance from Waterfront and restaurants. Unit was nice and spacious.

Unit was dirty and unprepared on arrival. Braai not cleaned, dirty dishes in the cupboard, linen for the beds in the washing machine and rubbish bags from previous guest piled up next to the bin. Unit was poorly mainted. Broken kitchen mixer, broken rocking chair, a number of light bulbs were out. Reported on arrival but didn't hear another word from anyone.
