Whats there not to like because everything you need were there,the only thing is our stay were to short so next time ill stay a bit longer

The property is located very close to the Knysna Waterfront area - walkable from the waterfront actually. The apartment was well appointed with good facilities as were listed. Quite a few options in terms of restaurants near the apartment and at the waterfront area. Parking was provided in the basement.

Two things that could have been better - (1) The check-in instructions were provided literally a few minutes before the check-in time and after multiple follow-ups! It would be better if they are provided slightly in advance in a proactive manner. (2) The TV did not work as it could not connect to the apartment wi-fi so that was a bit of a bummer for the kids!

Centrally located within walking distance of all the major attractions in Knysna. The apartment is completely sound proof. A huge bonus! Very spacious and luxury apartment. Comfortable bed and superior linen. Thick towels. Carefully and tastefully decorated. Better than any hotel room in Knysna

Very neat an tidy, a great stay overall. Highly recommend it. Enjoyed a lovely stroll to the waterfront as it’s literally across the road. Well worth it. Will be returning should we pass through Knysna again.

Beautiful self catering apartment with a hotel like feel. Comfortable sleep and lovely kitchenette with all you need to make a meal or snack. Place was clean and check-in was seemless. The shower is really nice, good pressure and the apartment provides showergel. Good quality towels, with heated rails, however there were only 2 bathsheets, so we had to share with our kids. Still think the place was really good value for money for our quick stop over in Knysna.

The bathroom has a weird smell. There is an extractor fan, however it doesn't seem to get the smell out, only the steam.
