It was fancy at a budget price.

The entry into the apartment was new to us. Have to get used to that way.

Location was perfect and ease of use

We were a mature mother and daughter travelling together and made use of the self catering as well as of the streaming facilities. Particularly welcome in the colder weather. And when we had techno challenges with the TV, Kim helped remotely - FAST. The unit was mod, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a heat (air con) and It was well kitted out for winter. The building itself is so well looked after. Location is superb, close walking distance to both the Waterfront and the School Field for the Oyster Festival. Definitely would consider a return visit.

A couple of minor maintenance issues of no real consequence but what we would have liked, a rail in the shower. It wasn't really slippery, but is always a concern. I am not sure if I missed seeing there was no daily service when we booked, but I think it was possible to arrange it. We were there for 4 nights and managed without it. Any longer and we would have asked to add it.

Great location and has all the basics. I've stayed at the apartments on a few occasions - a great spot.

There are a couple of features that are looking a little 'tired' and could do with a refresh. Still liked the apartment, though.
