The place was very clean and area was quiet. Hosts were exceptionally friendly. The place was very safe.

The only downpart of our stay was that our car was parking in the street and whenever we would come to the place there would be cars parked in front on the side of the road where we needed to park. However it was safe. There was a one plate gas burner but no pans or pots to utilize.

"Wonderful, comfortable and safe, a must try to anyone planning on visiting Knysna"

Shells Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is planning on staying in Knysna. It doesnt matter if you are alone, a couple or even a bigger family, plans will be made to assist in accommodating you. We felt safe, our vehicle was safe and I would definitely like to book again when we are traveling that side again.

Nothing. we felt welcome and safe and the host was in contact with me before we even arrived to arrange things for us, it was truly a stay that I am not going to forget as we had everything we needed for while we were at the cottage.

The host gave us hot water bottles to use and a little heater, very thoughtful as it is winter.

The interlinking door from the main house to the accommodation, it should have a sliding lock on the guest side just for peace of mind.

"I would recommend this property to anyone"

The hostess, Michelle, was incredibly helpful. The unit was big enough to meet your needs for a few days stay. We did all our own cooking there. It was close to all the amenities and safe.
