There was no milk or sugar sachets. The coffee was old(hard). There was no soap in the first toilet.

The facility is nice and centrally located.

There were no towels available, I had to contact the host to provide them. There was no hot water at the facility, as the geyser was not switched on

Apartment in residential complex. Good security. Close to the shops and town centre. Clean and well equipped. Next door to a nature reserve. That was a nice surprise.

Not the apartment, but the town of Knysna is looking grubby and run down. Beggars everywhere. We were disappointed in the town itself.

Very nice area close to almost everything. Very neat The lady is very helpful and friendly. I had too much questions but she was never annoyed

Stairs. Load shedding, no backup generator DSTV not connected in the smart TV so missed world cup. These are just petty stuff overall the place was awesome
