Beautiful location proving a perfect break from the city with Hilton close by if anything was needed.

host send us code before arrival. no problems to get access to chalet or property.

The view was fantastic, loved the animals

No iron to iron our clothes, had a function to attend.

•The shower wasn't pleasant Only super Hot or only cold -No warm in-between enough to take a proper shower relaxing shower •Beverages (Coffee -tea -Sugar was served but no milk or creamer.

Location stunning- lodge beautifully situated.

Heating antiquated, needs updating -not very warm and Impossible to start. Need more information re the water eg. is it safe to drink or not? Given the isolation of the property, providing breakfast would be a good idea as there are no shops nearby. Providing bathroom toiletries would be appreciated by guests. Disappointing not to see any game at all, apart from our evening arrival. Perhaps mention of having to drive on untarred roads would be helpful for those renting a car to know beforehand. Impossible to locate address on the GPS. We had to enter the address of the nearby hospital which the GPS recognised and then get directions from the lodge owner to get from the hospital to the lodge.

DSTV was advertised however the room didn't have all the channels - in particular it didn't have the rugby channel.

Clean and comfortable

The road and the gas braai was a challenge and there was no shelter from the rain to braai in.
