"Overall a great apartment and very central"

Location, views over the harbour and the size

It wasn’t very clean and we needed to clean the pantry and kitchen before using anything. The appliances were also very old and in some cases broken

Location, size of apartment.

The unethical international transaction fee applied by Booking.com when we were travelling within our own country from Sydney to Hobart. We will not be booking an apartment through Booking.com ever again, especially as they have proven impossible to contact The smelly drains, the towel rails that didn't heat properly were the two main problems
