Lujo a tu alcance con spa y garaje, pleno centro

Situación muy buena, lo que mas me gusto es que tienes un supermercado DIA justo al lado del portal. El Jacuzzi fenomenal, la casa fresquita cuando llegamos.

Las camas suenan muchisimo

La ubicación. El anfitrión estuvo amable y pendiente con un problema que tuvimos con el garage y con el aire acondicionado.

Se publica como un piso de lujo porque tiene spa y garaje pero el resto de las instalaciones del piso, le falta mantenimiento y lo considero como un piso corriente por lo que es bastante caro para lo que es. Algunas puertas están hinchadas y directamente no cierran. En un dormitorio, que si cerraba la puerta, cuando fuimos a salir, no podíamos porque se quedó atascado el pestillo, quedándonos un buen rato encerrados. Gracias a que los amigos con los que íbamos, desde fuera y con maña la pudieron abrir pero si vamos solos, aún estaríamos encerrados. El plato de ducha está atascado y sale el agua por el pasillo. Las sábanas nos la pusieron sin planchar, parecían que estaban usadas e incluso de una cama, no eran del mismo juego. Luego es como una entreplanta que da a un patio interior y las ventanas están al ras del suelo, por lo que si la abres, todo el mundo que pase te ve y se pueden meter bichos. No dispone de balcón o un sitio donde estar al aire libre.

Es un piso muy cómodo y está cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Definitely the hot tub and sauna! The apartment had everything we needed. Fantastic! Great location near many restaurants and shops. Friendly staff at the nearby grocery store too.

Location and private garage.

Would not use the word lujo to describe this property. It is a perfectly acceptable apartment, but it is looking very tired in areas. Previous occupants had apparently sabotaged the apartment and left a whole pane of glass in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately it was I who sliced a buttock and cut a toe on it. Not blaming the owner for this, but he was not interested in coming to see the extent of the damage and simply told me to call the police. I have decided to add to this review after reading the owners reply. I did not attempt to blackmail him with a threat of writing a poor review. I simply asked if we could have a refund or partial refund as we were not able to utilise all of the facilities. His correspondence has been aggressive throughout. One text telling me that there was thick scum around the jacuzzi bath after our stay. Hard to believe it was our 30min soak which caused this. If it had been cleaned before our stay, maybe the huge pain of glass would have been discovered. Just wish I had read more reviews on this property. Every time a customer makes a complaint or suggestion, the owner is extremely defensive and uninterested.
