Villa Sissi

Bellissima struttura, bellissima piscina, Bruno fantastico (ottimi consigli sugli itinerari)

The location and the garden w/ Pool are fantastic, the host Bruno is really nice and we hope to come back.

We verbleven met het gezin 11 dagen met vier personen bij Villa Sissi. De tuin rondom het huis is erg mooi / prachtig . Je ziet aan alles dat het goed onderhouden is. Wij hebben als gezin enorm genoten van het mooie ruime zwembad. Het appartement is ruim, schoon. De 2 airco’s vanuit de gang houden de temperatuur goed. Het balkon is een mooie plek om te zitten. Wij hebben 3 steden voor verschillende activiteiten met de auto bezocht, Bolzano op 10 min rijden, Merano op 30 km en Trento een uur rijden. Villa Sissi is een goede centrale plek om meerdere uitstapjes te doen. de kleine dorpsupermarkt om de hoek, erg lekker voor ontbijt, lunch en het avondeten. De auto kan netjes in de garage, en er is zelfs een mogelijkheid om de auto elektrisch op te laden. En de gastheer is super vriendelijk/ behulpzaam. Dank u wel Bruno, wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Everything. An amazing apartment. So peaceful and relaxing. The host, Bruno, was exceptional. A fabulous 6 night stay. Laives was a great location to spend time in and around the Dolomites, with easy access to Bolsano and Innsbrook.

Nothing to dislike.

Bruno is a great host, the appartment was clean and confortable, the location is great, it's close to coffee shops and a supermarket also it's a 15 min drive to bolzano

An additional AC for the room would be good

It was amazing! The place is better than the photos. The swimming pool is very well maintained, so you can have a wonderful time with your family there all day. The garden is beautiful.

The kitchen is a bit small, but it is well-ventilated and we haven't had any difficulty in cooking.

Nice appartment with everything in it

You live above the landlord, something which was not clear when booking. Same goes for the swimming pool, you share it with the landlord.

Bruno was an exceptional host , brilliant using Google translate to explain everything to us, as we spoke no Italian. The Villa was beautifully set up , roomy , clean and comfortable, a home away from home . Facilities were exceptional, garage parking , there is a pool as well .would highly recommend this accommodation and if we ever came back to this area , would definitely book again.

Initial finding of property location, instructions from google maps, once found everything else was fine ..we rang the host as we weren't sure we had got there , he came and found us and guided us to the property.

It was amazing. Super nice. Beautiful garden and surrounding. Super calm area. Perfect to relax after spending the whole day hiking. Bruno was super helpful and nice. He recommended us very nice places to eat and visit.
