Apartamento ótimo, espaçoso, com itens de cozinha, processo de pegar a chave foi muito simples.

Colchão do quarto maior não é muito confortável, um ar condicionado seria bom pq por ser poente fica bem quente de tarde/noite

"Apto em Lavras"

A localização é um pouco longe do centro, mas nada que impeça o deslocamento. Tem o supermercado Rex a 300 m do apto. Isso é muito bom.

Os ambientes são muito quentes, sol bate praticamente o dia inteiro nos cômodos. O assento sanitário precisa trocar, belisca o traseiro. lençóis e fronhas brancos, bem limpos. A noite é mais fresco deixando as janelas abertas.
