BYT Downtown Flat

Our host didn't send home entry protocols. I made our Greek friends call many times that evening, but they did not answer. So we rented another flat on the first day. I paid 70 euro for this flat. I also had to hire two taxis to go to the other apartment. I paid 70 euros for it. I want this money back. On the last day, I wrote a message that we are leaving tomorrow. He immediately replied to my message. So I thought he didn't know how to send messages from booking. When you answered on the last day, I understood that you could send the entry protocol to the house.

The host should have replied to the messages written on booking and sent the entry protocol to the house.

The apartment had a central location and everything in the apartment was nice and clean. It was like a typical greek home, so it was nice to feel more at home.

The host didn't provide with instructions to collect outdoor keys. We didn't suppose we will need them as the outside door "should have always been open". But when we returned back from an event at 2am the outside door was closed, the host was not picking up the phone. We were locked out, but after an hour of trying we decided to try ringing up the neighbors' telecoms and luckily, after a while one of them picked up and was so kind to come downstairs to open the door.
