Prime location, close to amenities, and San Terenzo beach. Nice walk towards Lerici.

So clean and owner was so helpful and friendly

Aircon was poor and not much natural light.

Many thanks to Alexei. She was very helpful in everything. The location was good, really close to San Terenzo center. It was also 15 minutes walking distance from Lerici center.

First, the house smelled of damp. It was a bit difficult to ventilate the house because the house has only one window. There were marks on the walls from dampness. The shower was so small that we could barely bathe in it. Although there is an induction cooker in the kitchen, the kitchen equipment was not suitable for this stove. Although there was a separate plate for induction, the cooker kept giving errors. The beds were not comfortable at all as they were sofa beds. Also, the wifi was not working. Although we connected with the given password, we somehow could not provide internet connection.

Very clean apartment. Nice and modern in style. Oriented so that it is not getting too hot from the sun.

There's some traffic in front of the house, so it's not the most quiet place to be in. Fine with windows closed though.
