Una vacanza tutto relax Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido. La vicinanza al mare permette di dimenticarsi dell'auto, che tra l'altro si lascia comodamente nel parcheggio condominiale (un vero "must" per la zona!). La casa è inserita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo, ma a due passi da negozi e servizi. Grazie mille al sig. Alfonso per la sua squisita ospitalità

"Perfect holiday"

The communication was prompt and friendly, the flat was convenient, the location was perfect, the cafe's and restaurants nearby had wonderful staff, it was an amazing family holiday with a kid and a dog. San Terenzo has it's wonderful vibe.

There is no view from the balcony. I wrote this as "didn't like", because we didn't like from the description. Reality was that we were never at home (because of all the nice places around), and we didn't care.

"Gute Lage mit privaten Parkplatz, alles Wichtige schnell und fussläufig erreichbar."

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein Supermarkt. Ein bisschen die Strasse runter ist schon das Meer und die Restaurants. Auf dem privaten Parkplatz vor dem Haus gibt es reichlich Freie Parkplätze zumindest im April. Der Balkon mit Nordost Ausrichtung hat nur morgens Sonne und ist relativ ruhig gelegen zum Hinterhof mit Blick auf eine Mauer. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen grossen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Soggiorno Pasqua 2026 in famiglia. Appartamento molto comodo. Supermercato di fronte. 100 metri dal bellissimo lungomare. Fermata autobus vicina. E soprattutto posto auto nel parcheggio interno del condominio. Proprietario Alfonso disponibile. Consigliatissimo

"Charming apartment in quiet block, close to beach and town."

Nice decor, coffee machine and coffee too! Alfonso is charming. Lots of space, cute balcony. Comfy bed, plenty bedding options. Occasional lighting, retro furniture. Beach and town v close. Quiet condo, gated parking.

Small bathroom and shower. North facing, so little direct sun [but beach 3mins away].
